Characteristics of Natural Pork

Natural Pork is a very pure piece of meat. The meat is like a piece of sponge where the pork readily absorbs any seasoning. Thus do not leave Natural Pork as unwrapped and left it in the fridge (It will absorb the smell of the fridge)


In addition, fatty acid of Natural Pork is about 50% less than normal pork fat. Try rubbing the fats of Natural Pork between the fingers. It feels watery with a bit of oil.

Tips on cooking Natural Pork

  1. No pre-cook seasoning is required.
  2. Best way to cook Natural Pork - cook simply with minimum seasoning.
  3. Use a pinch of salt and pepper to bring out the fragrance of the pork.
  4. Use less quantity of seasoning to season Natural Pork if desired.
  5. Cooking times is about 30% shorter than cooking normal pork.

Only garlic, dried beancurd (tau-kee) and Natural Pork Spareribs

Just boil garlic and spareribs and then simmer for about 20-30 mins and put dried bean curd, salt and serve with a tinge of pepper.

Use a packet of bak kut teh soup base to make the soup. Add in some whole garlic in the soup. When boiled, put in the sukiyaki and then the vegetable.
